The fundamentals.

Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Rachel grew up with an insatiable appetite for everything entrepreneurial. Through multiple ventures, as well as a strong education, an affinity for real estate was established. Rachel purchased her first home, a 3+3 bedroom at the age of 18 & paid her entire mortgage payments through renting the basement out. After careful consideration, Rachel decided that a career in real estate was the right path to take and obtained her license at 19 years of age. The next purchase, a newer Orleans townhouse at the age of 20, brought Rachel back into one of her biggest service areas, allowing her to spend more time with clients and less time on the road. She has since grown her portfolio of investment properties and helps her clients do the same to ensure short or long term financial goals are met. 

 

On average, Rachel handles over 40 million in sales per year ranging from first time homebuyers, “right-sizing”, new developments, luxury sales, relocations &  multifamily units. A significant portion of Rachel's clientele niche remains in assisting with international moves & elite athlete placements.

 

Over the course of her career, Rachel has proven herself adept to creating a positive, stress-free environment for her clients. Core values such as integrity, hard work and professionalism have always been viewed as essential to the creation of a lifelong business relationship.

 

Furthermore, as a younger face in the industry, Rachel’s innovative approach to introduce the latest technologies into her services has kept her ahead of the game on many fronts. Quick, accurate and modern service provides clients with the confidence that their transaction is in great hands.

 

In her free time, Rachel enjoys competing in triathlons, spending time with her horse & volunteering in retirement homes with her Standard Schnauzer. Also an avid skier, combined with a consistent commitment to running, cycling & swimming, she has developed an appreciation for the beauty and vastness of the country we live in. As a strong believer that staying active keeps the mind healthy, Rachel acknowledges that these outside ambitions greatly compliment her career in real estate.

With Royal Lepage Performance Realty, Brokerage offices located throughout the city & Rachel being centrally located herself, all areas in Ottawa & the surrounding towns are serviced full time, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

In a twist of events, Rachel decided to pursue real estate after personally experiencing disappointing & financially damaging real estate services during a personal family separation. It was at this time that she decided her career would be based on a foundation of teamwork, trust, honesty & integrity. She is also aware that not everyone needs or wants the same kind of service, which is where the standard was set for open communication at all times.
